The purchase orders reflect key City expenditures for professional and contracted services, public outreach and education, community events, facilities maintenance, information technology support, environmental programs, and capital improvement -related design services necessary to support ongoing City operations and service delivery. DISCUSSION During the reporting period, seven purchase orders exceeded the $10,000 threshold. The total value of these purchase orders amounts to $708,768.
