CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
July 18, 2026
The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Armenta
at 12:28 p.m., in the Rosemead City Hall Council Chamber, located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California.
PRESENT: Mayor Armenta, Mayor Pro Tem Low, and Council Members Clark, Dang and Ly
ABSENT: None
1. CLOSED SESSION
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957
Title: City Manager
Mayor Armenta announced that the City Council would recess at 12:29 p.m. to
Closed Session and would report any reportable actions.
Mayor Armenta reconvened to open session at 6:33 p.m.
2. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Armenta announced there was no reportable action taken in closed session
and adjourned the special meeting at 6:34 p.m.
