Attached for your consideration is information regarding the aforementioned conference. This
annual event provides the Chamber's Board of Directors and City representatives with an
opportunity to assess the previous year's performance and develop new goals and objectives for
2004-05.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Rosemead City Council authorize the attendance of any Council
Member, City Manager and staff as assigned by the City Manager.

2004-2005 year. This year's conference will be held at the COUNTRY INN RESORT, Ventura. Help
determine what services and activities should be provided during the next fiscal year July 1, 2004 -
June 30, 2005. The costs below include all conference materials, breakfast, lunch & cocktail hours.
