RESOLUTION NO. 2006-05 - CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2006-05- for payment of
Commission expenditures.
2. INFORMATION REGARDING SALE OF TAX ALLOCATION BONDS
SERIES 2006A
The CDC and Council authorized the sale of 2006 Tax Allocation Bonds to
Refund Series 1993A Bonds. Attached are the results of that effort.
Recommendation: No action required.
3. AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED WITH REMODEL OF COUNCIL
CHAMBERS
The City Council has requested information on remodeling of the Council
Chambers including a new audio system.
Recommendation: Direct staff to sign a letter agreement with Onyx Architects.

4. AUTHORIZATION TO ATTEND CALIFORNIA REDEVELOPMENT
ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND EXPO, MARCH 8-10, 2006,
MONTEREY, CALIFORNIA
Attached for your consideration is information regarding the aforementioned
conference. This year'3 conference will include sessions on affordable housing,
prevailing wages, citizen participation and marketing. The City has attended these
conferences in the past.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Commission authorize the
attendance of any Commissioner, the Executive Director and staff designees.
