AVENUE AND HIGHCLIFF AVENUE AND AT GRAVES AVENUE AND
JACKSON AVENUE
Attached for your approval and authorization to advertise for bids, are the plans and
specifications for the subject project. The project includes installation of traffic signals at
Del Mar Avenue and Highcliff Avenue and at Graves Avenue and Jackson Avenue.
The proposed schedule for construction is as follows:

The specifications have been reviewed and are acceptable to the City Engineer. The
Engineer's estimate for construction is $351,000. Construction of the project is currently
funded by the Rosemead Community Development Commission.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission approve the plans and
specifications and authorize advertisement for bids by the Agency Secretary.
