RESOLUTION NO. 2006-07 - CLAIMS AND DEMANDS Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2006-07 for payment of Commission expenditures. 2. Acceptance of Bids and Award of Contract for Installation of Traffic Signals at Del Mar Avenue and Highcliff Avenue and at Graves Avenue and Jackson Avenue. On March 30, 2006, bids were received for the subject project, which provides for installation of new traffic signals at Del Mar Avenue and Highcliff Avenue and at Graves Avenue and Jackson Avenue. City Council will consider award of the contract to Steiny & Company in the amount of $289,610.00. Recommendation: That the Community Development Commission accept all bids and award the project to Steiny & Company in the amount of $289,610.00 and authorize the Chairman to sign the contract on behalf of the Community Development Commission. 3.
