The Commission has previously authorized staff to commence the process to
refinance outstanding debt to take advantage of lower interest rates. The following
actions will continue the process of refunding the outstanding debt:
A. Selection of underwriter firm to provide investment banking services
to the Commission in connection with its proposed refunding of
certain outstanding Tax Allocation Bonds, Series 1993A.
