Property is unsightly due to lack of proper maintenance. 2. t p, n.h 3. Overgrown vegetation throughout property causing a fire hazard and a nesting ground for spiders, rats and other rodents. 4. Inoperable vehicles are being stored toward the rear of property for unreasonable period of time. 5. Trash, junk and miscellaneous items are strewn throughout property. Access to the interior of structure at rear was not gained. Therefore, additional substandard conditions and building code violations may become evident during subsequent site visits. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED for repairs and may be obtained at the Building Department from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., Monday through Thursday, and from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., Thursdays.
