(-~/~N 1. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-05 CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2005-05 for payment of
Commission expenditures.
2. DISCUSSION OF CITY HALL REMODELING OPTIONS
Submitted for consideration by the Commission are five (5) schemes for
remodeling City Hall. They range from an estimated cost of 51,094,450 to
$4,535,300. All schemes include compliance with the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA).
Recommendation: After review of design scenarios and consideration of
any additional scenarios or refinements, it would be appropriate to direct
staff to solicit a letter agreement with Onyx Architects to proceed with
completing design work based upon a preferred project scenario and return
to the Commission for final discussion and consideration.
