APPROVAL OF MINUTES: JUNE 28, 2005 -REGULAR MEETING v
1. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-09 - CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2005-09 for payment of
Commission expenditures.
' 2. APPROVAL OF COMMITMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE
ROSEMEAD CITY COUNCIL FOR USE OF HOME FUNDS
The City received HOME funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development. The City has funds budgeted to a development fund.
Staff proposes to cuter into a commitment agreement with the Rosemead
City Council to develop projects using these development funds.
Recommendation: Approve the proposed commitment agreement with
the Rosemead City Council and authorize the Executive Director or
designee to execute all agreements.
DISCUSSION OF CITY HALL RE-MODELING OPTIONS
The Commission directed the architect to return with revised options
including Council offices, elevator locations, ADA compliant restrooms
and a remodeled Council Chambers with a reconfigured dais.
