S/RRESOLUTION NO. 2005-10 CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2005-10 for payment of
Commission expenditures.
APPROPRIATION OF ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION FUNDS FOR
REVAMPING THE POOL BUILDING AT ROSEMEAD AND
GARVEY PARKS AND AUTHORIZATION TO SEEK BIDS
The City applied for and received two grants to renovate and upgrade the
pool buildings at Rosemead and Garvey Parks. The architect's final cost
estimate came in above that was budgeted. Additional finding is,
therefore, required to cover ADA improvements and other unanticipated
escalated costs.
Recommendation: Appropriate $214, 300 'from Unappropriated Reserves
and authorize staff to solicit bids.
