RESOLUTION NO. 2004-09 CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2004-09 for payment of
Commission expenditures.
/ 2. RESOLUTION NO. 2004-10 - A RESOLUTION OF THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ROSEMEAD ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2004-05 AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE
AMOUNT BUDGETED
Consideration of Resolution No. 2004-10, adopting the 2004-05 Annual
Budget and making the appropriation of amounts budgeted.
Recommendation: After discussion and after any amendments, that the
Community Development Commission adopt Resolution No. 2004-10
approving the 2004-05 Annual Budget and making the appropriation for
amounts budgeted.
l 3. AUTHORIZATION TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND
ACCEPT THE GARVEY POOL REPLASTERING PROJECT
The contractor, San Andell Swimming Pools, has completed the
replastering of Garvey Pool for the bid amount of $92,500.00,
Recommendation: Accept the project and authorize staff to file the
Notice of Completion.
