LV I RESOLUTION NO. 2004-18 CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2004-18 for payment of
Commission expenditures.

2. APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR SERVICES IN CONNECTION
WITH THE COMMISSION'S COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION
SERVICES
The Commission approved a Commercial Rehabilitation Program funded
through Redevelopment funds for businesses located in Redevelopment
Project Areas. The City and Commission conducted a Request for
Proposal process for services to operate the program from FY 2004-2005
through FY 2006-2007.
Recommendation: Approve an agreement with Willdan for the
Commission's Commercial Rehabilitation Program and authorize the
D Executive Director or designee to execute the agreement.
3. COMPLETION OF PRE-SCI-TOOL RESTROOMS AT THE
ROSEMEAD COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER
The contractor, Cavalier Construction Company, has completed the
project. They were the successful low bidder at $84,895.00.
Recommendation: Approve Change Order #I, appropriate $6,551.69
from unappropriated reserves, and authorize staff to file the Notice of
Completion.
