f j/I V 1. RESOLUTION NO. 2003-04 CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2003-04 for payment of
Commission expenditures.
`t 2. DISPOSITION OF COMMISSION PROPERTY AT 9734 ABILENE
The Commission authorized Coldwell Banker to represent the City in the
sale of 9734 Abilene. Out of 14 bids received, the two high offers were
$215,000. Staff is recommending the sale of the property to Frank Woo,
who will combine the property with commercial property to the south and
will also demo the property.
Recommendation: Direct Counsel to prepare the necessary disposition
documentation and direct the Executive Director to schedule the matter for
a joint public hearing of the City Council and Community Development
Commission.
