MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
ROSEMEAD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
MARCH 25, 2003
The regular meeting of the Rosemead Community Development Commission was called to order
by Chairman Bruesch at 7:15 p.m. in the conference room of City Hall, 8838 E. Valley
Boulevard, Rosemead, California.
The Pledge to the flag and Invocation were waived as having been completed during the
meeting just adjourned.
ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS:
Present: Commissioners Imperial, Taylor, Vice-Chairman Vasquez, Chairman Bruesch
Absent: Clark - excused
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None
1. CDC RESOLUTION NO. 2003-04 CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
The following Resolution was presented to the Agency for adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 2003-04 CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $66,450.53 AND DEMANDS NO. 6958
THROUGH 6989
MOTION BY COMMISSIONER IMPERIAL, SECOND BY VICE-CHAIRMAN
VASQUEZ that the Commission adopt Resolution No. 2003-04. Vote resulted:

The Chairman declared said motion duly carried and so ordered.
2. DISPOSITION OF COMMISSION PROPERTY AT 9734 ABILENE
. MOTION BY COMMISSIONER IMPERIAL, SECOND BY VICE-CHAIRMAN
VASQUEZ that the Commission direct Counsel to prepare the necessary disposition
documentation and direct the Executive Director to schedule the matter for a joint public hearing
of the City Council and Community Development Commissions. Vote resulted:
