THE GARVEY POOL BATH HOUSE RE-ROOFING PROJECT
The Contractor, "Best Roofing and Waterproofing", has completed the Re-roofing of the
Garvey Pool Bathhouse.
The original contract was for $ 19,750.00. During the course of the project, the Contractor
encountered some sub-roof that needed to be replaced. The cost of this was $ 500.00, thereby
bringing the total project cost to $ 20,250.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Rosemead Redevelopment Agency accept the project, approve the
additional cost of $ 500.00 and authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion.

The Contractor, "Transtherm", has completed the installation of the Pool Boilers for the amount
bid, $ 47,883.00.'
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Rosemead Redevelopment Agency accept the project and authorize
staff to file the Notice of Completion.
