The Regular Meeting of the Rosemead Housing Development Corporation was called to order by
President Vasquez at p.m. in the Conference Room of City Hall, 8838 E. Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: JUNE 8, 1999 - REGULAR MEETING
MOTION BY DIRECTOR TAYLOR, SECOND BY DIRECTOR BRUESCH that the
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 8, 1999, be approved as submitted. Vote resulted:

The President declared said motion duly carried and so ordered.
RESOLUTION NO. 99-03 - ADOPTING THE 1999-2000 ROSEMEAD HOUSING
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BUDGET
The following Resolution was presented to the Rosemead Housing Development
Corporation for adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 99-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE ROSEMEAD HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD ADOPTING THE
ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 AND MAKING
APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE AMOUNT BUDGETED
MOTION BY DIRECTOR BRUESCH, SECOND BY DIRECTOR CLARK that the
Corporation adopt Resolution No. 99-03. Vote resulted:

The President declared said motion duly carried and so ordered.
Director Taylor stated that he voted No as he is opposed to approving the budget until all
the construction funding is in.

There being no further action at this time, the meeting was adjourned at 7:09 p.m. The
