RE: STATUS REPORTS - EATON VILLAGE PROJECT AND ACQUISITION
OF MIXED USE PROPERTY AT 9734 ABILINE STREET
At the last Agency Meeting, Mr. McCoy presented an update on the Eaton Village Project. The
Agency also authorized the Executive Director to purchase the property at 9734 Abilene Street
on the same terms as the escrow with Mr. McCoy for $283,200 in event Mr. McCoy is unable to
close escrow. Mr. McCoy will be at the December 19ffi Meeting to provide an update on both
items.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
pursuant to Section 10229 of the Elections
Code of the State of California relating
the General Municipal Election to be held
on Tuesday, March 6, 2001.
As of the close of the nomination period
on December 8, 2000, there are not more
candidates than offices to be elected.
That Section 10229 of the Elections Code
allows one of the following courses of
action to be taken by the City Council:

Attached is the notice for publication in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune on
December 11, 2000, the Clerk's Certification that was given to the Council; and,
attesting that the nomination period closed at 12 noon.
