A RESOLUTION OF THE ROSEMEAD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING AND TRANSMITTING ITS REPORT ON . THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR ROSEMEAD REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA NO. 2 TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROSEMEAD- _-
WHEREAS, the Rosemead Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ") has prepared
a Redevelopment Plan for Rosemead Redevelopment Project Area No. 2 (the 'Plan ") in
compliance with the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code,
Sections 33000, et seq.); and -
_ WHEREAS,..Section_3352 of- the - California - Community Redevelopment Law states
that every Redevelopment Plan submitted by a" Redevelopment Agency to the legislative
body shall be accompanied by a report on the Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared its report as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Rosemead
Redevelopment Agency as follows:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 33352 of the California. Health and Safety Code,
the Agency has prepared its report on the.Plan.for Rosemead Redevelop P roject -Area
