CC-C QUEST FOR RED CURB AT 3319-3333 SAN GABRIEL BOULEVARD SOUTH OF HELLMAN AVENUE Request by property owner to install red curb and "NO PARKING" signage in front of 3319-3333 San Gabriel Boulevard because of poor visibility due to parked vehicles along the curb in front of the property. Staff has reviewed the site's existing conditions, reported traffic history and average daily traffic volumes. Field observation of the site has identified that few vehicles park in front of the property, providing visibility to on- coming traffic. However, there may be times when on-street parking is heavy thereby impacting visibility.
