ROSEMEAD CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 14, 1999
The adjourned regular meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor
Vasquez at 7:15 p.m. in the Council Room of the City Hall, 8838 E. Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California.
ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS:
Present: Councilmembers Bruesch, Imperial, Taylor, Mayor Pro Tern Clark, and
Mayor Vasquez
Absent: None
I. CLOSED SESSION
The Council met in a Closed Session at 7:15 p.m., pursuant to Government Code
§54956.9 (a), to discuss Greater Los Angeles Hotel/Motel Association v. City of Rosemead, Los
Angeles Superior Court No. BC 214108 for the following purpose:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION
Peter Wallin, City Attorney, stated that the Council met in a Closed Session for the
purposes stated on the Agenda and no action was taken.
II. ADJOURMENTS
There being no further action to be taken at this time, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00
p.m.
