California Pavement Maintenance Co. $102,664.50 2. Doug Martin Contracting Co. $104,886.95 3. Roy Allen Slurry Seal, Inc. $115,376.05 4. Pavement Coatings Co. $116,817.10 5. Valley Slurry Seal Co. $124,583.50 Attached are copies of the three low bids, a bid analysis, and Dun and Bradstreet reports for the three low bidders. The low bid was submitted by California Pavement Maintenance Co., a responsible contractor, in the amount of $102,664.50, which is 1 percent below the Engineer's estimate of $104,000. The average bid was $112,865.62. Attached is Exhibit "A" listing the streets included in this project. RECOMMENDATION 1. Accept bids and award the project to California Pavement Maintenance Co. in the amount of $102,664.50. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign the contract on behalf of the City.
