RELATIONS ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE, NOVEMBER 13 -15,
2002, MONTEREY
Attached for your consideration is information regarding the aforementioned conference. The
focus of the conference will be on worker's issues, military leave, state and federal guidelines,
unfair labor practices, binding arbitration and other issues related to personnel. Staff has
attended this conference in the past.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Council authorize the attendance of any Council member, City
Attorney, City Manager and staff designee.
