A RESOLUTION OF THE ROSEMEAD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING AND TRANSMITTING ITS REPORT ON THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR ROSEMEAD REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA NO. 2 TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROSEMEAD
WHEREAS, the Rosemead Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ") has prepared
a Redevelopment Plan for Rosemead Redevelopment Project Area No. 2 (the "Plan ") in
compliance with the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code,
Sections 33000, et seq.); and
WHEREAS, Section 33352 of the California Community Redevelopment Law____
states that every Redevelopment Plan - submitted by a Redevelopment Agency to the _
legislative body shall be accompanied by a report on the Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared its report as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED _ by the Rosemead
Redevelopment Agency "as follows: -
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 33352 of the California Health and Safety Code,
the Agency has prepared its report on the Plan for Rosemead Redevelopment Project Area _

SECTION 2:.-The-Agency hereby approves its report on the Plan. - - —
SECTION 3: The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized and
a -directed to transmit the report and the Plan to the City Council of the City of Rosemead. "
