RE: APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZATION TO SEEK BIDS
FOR THE VALLEY BOULEVARD UNDERGROUNDING BETWEEN CHARLOTTE
AVENUE AND MUSCATEL AVENUE
The subject project includes the conversion of the consumer-side
electrical panels on Valley Boulevard between Charlotte Avenue and
Muscatel Avenue. Southern California Edison Company performed the
undergrounding on Valley Boulevard using the City's Rule 20A funds.
The proposed schedule for construction is as follows:

The specifications have been reviewed and are acceptable to the City
Engineer. The Engineer's estimate for construction is $15,000.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Redevelopment Agency approve the
specifications and authorize advertisement for bids by the City
Clerk.
