Recommendation: Approve Resolution No. 01-03, for payment of
Agency expenditures.
/ 2. AUTHORIZATION TO JOIN THE INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF
SHOPPING CENTERS
This organization provides Agencymembers with an opportunity to
network with company representatives and developers.
Recommendation: Authorize any Agencymember and the Executive
Director to become members of the International Council of Shopping
I Centers.
~3. AUTHORIZATION TO ATTEND CALIFORNIA REDEVELOPMENT
ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE, FEBRUARY 28 -MARCH
2, 2001, MONTEREY
This year's topics include: Urban Infill Development, Redevelopment
Funding, Infrastructure, and the Politics of Growth.

Recommendation: Authorize the attendance of the Executive Director
and City Attorney.
AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD BID - RE-PIPING OF ROSEMEAD
POOL
On February 20, 2001, bids were received and opened. The lowest bidder
was California Commercial Pools, Inc.
Recommendation: Award the project to California Commercial Pools,
Inc. and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement.
