WITH INDOOR PLAYPLACE TO BE LOCATED AT 8548 EAST VALLEY
BOULEVARD
This item was presented at the February 13, 2001 Rosemead Redevelopment Agency Meeting.
The Agency continued this item for sixty (60) days to allow the developers an opportunity to
provide additional information for the Agency's review, including a more detailed development
concept plan for all three parcels situated at this corner. The Agency also directed staff to obtain
an appraisal of the properties to review the current market value of the subject parcels.
RECOMMENDATION
Although the appraisal is almost completed, as of today, staff has not received the appraisal
documentation. Therefore, it is recommended that this item be continued to the next regularly
scheduled Redevelopment Agency Meeting of April 24, 2001.
