1. RESOLUTION NO. 01-07 - CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
Recommendation: Approve Resolution No. 01-07, for payment of
S' Agency expenditures.
2. AUTHORIZATION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDERS FOR THE
ROSEMEAD POOL RE-PIPING PROJECT
As part of the re-piping project, the contractor cut and removed large
section of the pool bottom to install the new water lines. When patched,
they will be a contrast between the new plaster and the old. As part of
next year's budget, staff was going to propose that the pool be replastered
in the Fall. However, the cost of the re-piping project was so low that it
would be prudent to do it at this time.

Recommendation: Approve the Change Order for Replastering the pool.
~J 3. AUTHORIZATION TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND
APPROVE CHANGE ORDERS FOR THE ROSEMEAD PARK
IRRIGATION PROJECT
The contractor has completed the project. Four Change Orders have been
incurred for a total of $3,484, which brings the total construction cost to
$278,284.
Recommendation: Accept the project, approve the Change Orders and
authorize staff t file the Notice of Completion.
4. DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL FOR A MC DONALD'S RESTAURANT
WITH INDOOR PLAYPLACE TO BE LOCATED AT 8548 E. VALLEY
BOULEVARD
A request by McDonald's Corporation to construct a one-story 3,567
square foot restaurant with a drive-through and indoor playplace to be
located at the southwest corner of Valley Boulevard and Walnut Grove
Avenue, 8548 Valley Boulevard
Recommendation: It is recommended that this item be continued to the
May 8, 2001, Rosemead Redevelopment Agency meeting due to a
scheduling conflict with McDonald's representatives.
