This year's topics include the Economy, Empty Stores, Entitlements and the Trade Exposition. Agency members and staff attended last year's conference and it proved to be of benefit to the City. RECOMMENDAITON It is recommended that the Agency approve the attendance of any Agency member, Executive Director and staff as designated by the Executive Director. This four -hour course is designed to familiarize the candidate with test - taking techniques as well as provide a review of test specification. A practice test will be administered under simulated test conditions and scoring for the examination will be reviewed.
