The regular meeting of the Rosemead Traffic Commission was called to order by Vice Chair
Wong at 7:02 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 8838 E. Valley Boulevard, Rosemead,
California.

B. Traffic Commission Goals /Objectives
C. Request for Red Curbing at 8833 Mission Drive
Commissioner Russell- Chavez motioned, seconded by Commissioner Quintanilla to
approve the Item A (Approval of the November 3, 2011 minutes), Item B (Traffic Commission
Goals /Objectives), and Item C (Request for Red Curbing at 8833 Mission Drive) from the
Consent Calendar. Votes resulted in:
Yes: Russell- Chavez, Quintanilla, Hall
No: None
Abstain: None
Absent: Wong and Masuda
Staff provided the Traffic Commissioners with a packet of information for the Strategic Plan
meeting that will take place the following week.

5. COMMISSION REPORT
Commissioner Quintanilla asked staff for an updated on the street markings along Ivar
Avenue.
Commissioner Russell- Chavez asked staff to provide a list of the upcoming projects
throughout the City at the next Commission meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 7:13 p.m. The next Traffic Commission meeting is scheduled for
January 5, 2012 at 7:O0p.m. and will take place at the Rosemead City Hall, City Council
Chamber, 8838 East Valley Boulevard.
