To all prospective bidders under Bid Documents for the
ROSEMEAD COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER
ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
Project No. P31002 -2
You are hereby informed that all items included in the attached Asbestos and
Lead reports, relevant to the Roof and Rooftop HVAC units, are now under the
scope of above named project. Roof replacement contractor, or their
subcontractor, will be required to complete all asbestos and lead abatement
as set forth in the attached report and specifications and shall be included in
the proposal.
2. The rest of Bid Documents as originally issued shall be used in submitting bids, and
an acknowledgement of receipt of this Addendum Number 1 shall be entered on the
page CBF — 2 of the Contract Bid Forms. Failure to provide such
acknowledgement shall render the bid as non- responsive and subject to rejection.
