A. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 03- 927 -3358 Del Mar Avenue
Chung Hyou Lee, DBA M &M Market, has submitted an application for the
transfer of ownership of an existing Off -sale Beer and Wine (Type 20) ABC
license in conjunction with a liquor store, located at 3358 Del Mar Avenue in the
C -3 (Medium Commercial) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
B. TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 26978; DESIGN REVIEW 03- 105 — 9308 -9310 East
Valley Boulevard Conisa N.S. Lew has submitted an application to consolidate
two existing parcels into one lot and for exterior fagade improvements to an
existing building, located at 9308 -9310 Valley Boulevard in the C -31) (Medium
Commercial with a Design Overlay) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 00 -812 MODIFICATION - 8450 East Valley
Boulevard, Unit 122B. Tony Leung, DBA Sunny Cal Adult Health Care, is
requesting to expand an existing adult day health care facility into an adjacent
vacant tenant space, located at 8450 East Valley Boulevard, Unit 122B in the C3-
D (Medium Commercial with a Design Overlay) zone.
Recommendation: Continue to the next Planning Commission meeting.
D. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 03 -01; ZONE CHANGE 03 -216 - 9203 - 9225
Steele Street. This is a City - initiated general plan amendment to change the
existing land use designation of Commercial to Low Density Residential and a
staff - initiated zone change to change the existing zoning district of CBD; Central
Business District to R -1; Single Family Residential in the subject area.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
