MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENT 03 -01 Citywide This is a City- initiated municipal code amendment to various sections of the Rosemead Municipal Code pertaining to second dwelling units in compliance with State Assembly Bill 1866, a new state law prohibiting discretionary reviews and hearings for second dwelling unit applications.
