A. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 03- 917 -2518 San Gabriel Boulevard
Peter Ngai, DBA Faith Alliance Church, has submitted an application to install a
portable trailer to be utilized for office space and a Sunday school classroom on
property used for religious facilities located at 2518 San Gabriel Boulevard in the
M -1 (Light Manufacturing - Alquist Priolo) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions.
B. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 03 -909; TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 27036
3021 Del Mar Avenue - Yin Hai, DBA Buddhist Ortho -Creed Associates has
submitted an application for the consolidation of three lots into one parcel for
the construction of a new assembly hall and parking garage at an existing
Buddhist temple, located at 3021 Del Mar Avenue in the C -3 (Medium
Commercial) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions.
C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 03 -918 - 7902 Emerson Place
Kin Shing Kwan, has submitted an application for the construction of a new
single- family dwelling with over 2,500 square feet of living area, located at
7902 Emerson Place in the R -2 (Light Multi Family Residential) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions.
D. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 03 -919 - 8200 East Garvey Avenue
Burt Goralnick has submitted an application for the construction of a new multi -
tenant commercial center to include a Walgreeri s pharmacy located at the
Southeast corner of San Gabriel Boulevard and Garvey Avenue in the C -3
(Medium Commercial) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions.
