Reconnnendation: Continne to next Planning Commission meeting.
B. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 03- 910 -7444 Garvey Avenue
Peter Ong, DBA Armstrong Auto Service, has submitted an application for the
operation of an auto repair business located at 7444 Garvey Avenue in the C -3
(Medium Commercial) zone.
Reconnnendation: Approve Subject to Conditions.
C. TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 26808 -4804 Muscatel Avenue
Hank Jong has submitted an application for the subdivision of one lot into two
parcels for the development of two single - family residences located at 4
Muscatel Avenue in the R -1 (Single Family Residential) zone.
