Staff Recommendation That the Traffic Commission review the educational brochure and provide feedback and /or direction to staff. ANALYSIS At the September 6, 2012 Traffic Commission meeting, three target audiences were identified with specific implementation and outreach efforts tailored to each group. A key element of this plan was to develop bicycle safety education and awareness components and possible outreach elements to the Rosemead community.
