June 25, 2013
The Special Meeting of the Rosemead Community Development Commission and City Council was called to
order by Mayor Low at 4:34 p.m. in the Rosemead City Council Chamber Conference Room located at 8838
East Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California.
PRESENT: Mayor Low, Mayor Pro Tern Alarcon, Council Members Armenta, Clark, and Ly
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: City Clerk Molleda
1. INTERVIEW AND APPOINTMENTS OF CANDIDATES TO THE TRAFFIC AND PLANNING
Interviews for the Planning Commission where in the following order:
Diana Herrera — via conference call at 4:37 p.m.
Daniel Lopez — 4:50 p.m.
Victor Ruiz — 5:01 p.m.
Tam Dinh — 5:13 p.m.
Brian Lewin — 5:27 p.m.
John Quintanilla -5:43 p.m.
Henry Phan — 5:52 p.m.
The City Council recessed at 6:00 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 6:05 p.m.

The City Council recessed at 6:56 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
Council Member Margaret Clark made a motion, seconded by Council Member Steven Ly to reappoint
Diana Herrera to the Planning Commission to a 2 year term. Vote resulted in:
