In addition to those duties, the account representative will at the minimum, visit each location weekly to meet with the client to address any concerns and to provide a weekly recap of service activities. UNISERVE Facilities Services operates 24/7/365. During hours outside of normal business hours, customers may contact their account manager. Our call back times will be within a threshold of five to ten minutes. Our emergency response times to the City of Rosemead facilities will be within one hour.
