Recently we have heard about the city intend to replace the Building Department
Mr. James and all other staffs that were previously out sourced consultant
company to be someone else the other outsourced company as the personnel who
handling the Building Inspection business instead which is really surprised us. We,
the residence in the City of Rosemead as well as the real estate development
investor in the City of Rosemead sincerely hope that city should reconsider the
decision and please not to replace Mr. James and all other currently in position
staffs.
Our development company invested in the City of Rosemead has been years and
developed several projects till now. We have made very good communication
with current staffs also guided very well by them with their professional
knowledge to assure the building safety. We do concern the new replaced
company outsourced by the city may not be better familiar the way to
communicate and may cause our investment loss in time as well as the profits due
to a lot of construction issues will need to be started all over again to get it
smoothly operated.
We do understand that the decision made by the city is the administrative power
issue belong to the city, we should have no rights to request city reconsider it if
city already decided. However, we do concern this issue since we are in the
business of real estate investment the better communication with city staffs does
matter to our building construction for safety and profits. Therefore, we like to
urge city not to replace the current outsourced experts if this decision still have
chances to be reconsidered. Thank you.
