(APN: 8593-031-015. The proposed dwelling unit would include an attached three-car garage. The subject
site is located in the R-1 (Single-Family Residential)zone.
PC RESOLUTION 15-12 - A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ROSEMEAD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW 15-
