A. MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENT 15.06 —ADOPTION OF AMENDED FIREWORKS ORDINANCE
AND RELATED FEES RESOLUTION
Municipal Code Amendment 15 -05 is a City initiated amendment that proposes to amend, in its
entirety, Chapter 8.28 of the City's Health and Safety Code (Title 8 of the Rosemead Municipal Code)
entitled Fireworks. As part of this amendment, a resolution must also be adopted restating fees as
related to fireworks stands and adjusting administrative citation fines for violation of Chapter 8.28,
which include:
Administrative Citation Fines for Illegal Fireworks
Fine Amount for First Violation $ 500
Fine Amount for Second Violation $1,000
Fine Amount for Subsequent Violation $1,000
