SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION TO CANCEL THE SEPTEMBER 26, 2017, & THE
OCTOBER 10, 2017, CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
SUMMARY
The City Council will consider the cancellation of the September 26, 2017, City Council meeting
due to Councilmembers being in Washington D.C. from September 25, 2017, through September
28, 2017, and the October 10, 2017, City Council meeting due to Councilmembers visiting
Taiwan from October 6, 2017, through October 13, 2017.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council cancel the September 26, 2017, and the October 10,
2017, City Council meetings.
