J.D.C. $ 91,332.50 2. Bannaoun Engineers-Constructors $102,535.00 Attached are copies of the two low bids, a bid analysis, and Dun and Bradstreet reports for the low bidders. The lowest bid was submitted by J.D.C., a responsible contractor, in the amount of$91,332.50,which is approximately 7.04 percent above the Engineer's estimate of$85,325.00. The average bid was $96,933.75. RECOMMENDATION 1. Accept all bids and award the project to J.D.C., in the amount of$91,332.50. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign the contract on behalf of the City.
