RE: ACCEPTANCE OF ROSEMEAD PARK RESTROOMS
As part of this years budget, the Agency allocated $ 100, 000. 00 to
replace the restroom's at Rosemead Park.
The Contractor, Restroom Facilities completed the installation for
the quoted price of $ 66,904. 00, on January 23 , 1998.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended the Rosemead Redevelopment Agency accept the
Project and approve the Agency Secretary's filing of the Notice of
Completion.
