RE: ACCEPTANCE OF ZAPOPAN RESTROOMS
As part of this years budget, the Agency allocated $ 74 , 906. 00 to
replace the restroom's at Zapopan Park.
The Contractor, Restroom Facilities completed the installation for
the quoted price of $ 66, 904 . 00, on August 1, 1997 , and the facility
became operational on August 5, 1997 .
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended the Rosemead Redevelopment Agency accept the
Project and approve the Agency Secretary' s filing of the Notice of
Completion as of August 4 , 1997.
