RE: ACCEPTANCE OF GARVEY PARK PLAY EQUIPMENT
As part of this years budget, the Agency provided funds to replace
the Play Equipment at Garvey Park.
The Contractor, Gledson/Cashman Contractors, completed the project on
August 29, 1997, for his bid amount of $ 50, 994 . 00.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended the Rosemead Redevelopment Agency accept the
Project and authorize the Agency Secretary to file the Notice of
Completion.
