The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Ly at 6:17 p.rn-
in the Rosemead City Council Chamber located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard, Rosemead,
California.
PRESENT: Mayor Ly, Mayor Pro Tern Clark, Council Members Armenta and Low
ABSENT:NONE
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Molleda, City Attorney Richman, Assistant City
Manager/Interim Public Works Director Tsujiuchi, and City Clerk Hernandez
1. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- POTENTIAL TO TAKE ACTION
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(4); I item
City Attorney Richman stated the City Council will recess to Closed Session and that she
will report out any action taken in Closed Session at the regular City Council meeting.

Mayor Ly reconvened the special meeting and adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
City Attorney Richman indicated there was no reportable action taken in Closed Session.
The next regular City Council meeting is scheduled to take place on August 14, 2018, at
7:0,0 p.m. in the Rosemead City Hall Council Chamber.
