The Special Meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Ly at 5:01 p.m.
in the Rosemead City Council Chamber located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard, Rosemead,
California.

Mayor Ly noted Council Member Armenia was present
at 5:03 p.m.

Council Member Arrnerita invited the public to join the community to celebrate the annual
Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Civic Plaza and Dinner with Santa at the Rosemead
Community Recreation Center.
Mayor Ly asked staff to include a Strategic Plan item section in staff reports, if it applies
to a project, to indicate completion per the City's Strategic Plan.

Mayor Ly adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:44 p.m. The next regular scheduled
meeting is scheduled to take place on December 11, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in the Rosemead
City Hall Council Chamber.
