DECEMBER 19, 2018
The special meeting of the Rosemead Beautification Commission was called to order by Chair
Lewin at 6:30 p.m., in the Rosemead Community Recreation Center located at 3936 Muscatel
Avenue, Rosemead, California.
PRESENT: Commissioners Duran, C. Liu, L. Liu; Vice -Chair
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: City Clerk Ericka Hen

The Beautification Commission presented a teardrop glass ornament, Poinsettias,
and gift cards to individuals of the following addresses selected for the 6th Annual
Holiday Decoration Awards:
• Enchanted Entryway Award — 2575 Muscatel Ave.
• The Festivity Award — 8609 Rio Dell St.
• Celebrating Tradition Award — 8635 Mission Dr.
• Christmas with a Twist Award — 3114 Jackson Ave.
• Marie Spadaro Christmas Castle Award (Gr Piize) — 2314 Denton Ave.
Chair Lewin noted the Marie Spadaro (
created in memory of Marie Spadaro, a
spirit by decorating her house every ye,
snow globe, along with the other gifts,1
All guests were invited to stay
