Brown Act

1. WORKSHOP
A. Olson Company Presentation on Proposed 29-Unit Residential Planned
Development
The Olson Company has submitted a Pre-Application (Pre-Application 19-01),
proposing to develop a new 29-unit residential planned development. The size of
each single-family dwelling varies from 1,150 square feet to 1,800 square feet with
an attached two-car garage. To develop the site as a residential planned
development, the applicant proposes to change the zone from Light Multiple
Residential (R-2)to Planned Development(P-D). The applicant is also proposing
to change the General Plan land use designation from Medium Density (0-12
units/acre) to High Density (0-30 units/acre). The subject site is located at 3133-
3141 Willard Avenue.
2. ADJOURNMENT
A special City Council meeting is scheduled to take place on May 28, 2019, at 6:00 p.m.
and the regular City Council meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the Rosemead City
Hall Council Chamber.
